After successful wildcard appearances at his home track of Nysumbanen in 2018 and 2019, Dennis Rømer is back for another bite of the RallyX Nordic cherry this weekend.
The Dane has displayed promising pace in previous seasons, and this coupled with a number of car upgrades gives him plenty of reasons to be hopeful.
Having previously raced in both Euro and World RX, the local man is not short on experience at high-pressure race weekends. Rømer will have to hold his own against 14 other fiercely competitive Supercar drivers in the all-or-nothing double-header season finale.
“We are very pleased to be back at our home track of Nysumbanen again this season.
“A lot of modifications have been done to the car since last year, including a brand-new engine that we received last week. There is some fine-tuning and adjustment still to be done, but we are working hard to be ready to race!
“The overall goal is to make it to the semi-finals, and hopefully we can find some good speed with our new set-up.”
