Supercar Lites competitors will have the opportunity to do battle for glory in both the Swedish Rallycross Championship (SM) and Swedish Hillclimb Championship (Back-SM) this year, after the latter made it an official class for 2021.
Following the cancellation of the 2020 Back-SM season, series organisers have been hard at work preparing for the forthcoming campaign and have now confirmed four double-header events, beginning at Ljusdal on 5-6 June before travelling to Lima (7-8 August), Sundsvall (21-22 August) and finally Ludvika (2-3 October).
Comprising three double-headers and one single-header, the SM rallycross season will visit Höljes on 13-16 May (joining RallyX Nordic presented by Cooper Tires), Piteå on 12-13 June, Västerås on 24-25 July and Arvika – again alongside RallyX Nordic – for the eagerly-anticipated ‘Svenska Superfinalen’ on 13-15 August, meaning there are no clashing dates between the two calendars.
