RallyX to Compete at Crandon International Raceway in June 2026

Demonstration race brings upgraded FC1 cars to “The Big House” on Sunday

RallyX and Crandon International Raceway are pleased to announce that the series will bring professional rallycross to “The Big House” in June 2026. The new partnership, announced on Thursday night at the track, gives rallycross a new home and centerpiece event in the United States. Fans will get their first look at RallyX’s premier FC1 car in a demonstration race on Sunday afternoon as part of this weekend’s 56th Polaris Crandon World Championships.

“We couldn’t be more excited to take RallyX to America for the first time, and we couldn’t ask for a better partner than Crandon,” said RallyX founder Andreas Eriksson. “Crandon has been hosting top-level off-road events for more than 50 years, and we’re excited to be able to bring them something new in 2026. We’re looking forward to seeing how the fans react to our cars this weekend with a demo race on World Cup Sunday. A huge thank you to Marty Fiolka and the entire Crandon team for welcoming us!”

For more than a decade, RallyX has been creating and developing the world’s top rallycross stars. From its beginnings as a Nordic-based series to its current state with major events across Europe, RallyX features the top rallycross drivers and tracks in the world. RallyX classes range from the starter Crosscar divisions for young racers, to the 550-horsepower FC2 that matches the performance of previous generation rallycross Supercars, to the FC1—a 1,000 horsepower electric beast featuring a 120-decibel sound system developed by Borla and Kicker.

RallyX becomes the latest addition to Crandon’s world-class event program, which has expanded beyond off-road truck racing to include disciplines ranging from rock crawling to Class 11 cars. Sunday’s demonstration race will be the first rallycross race in Crandon’s 56-year history; while most of their race laps will take place on the short lap, a longer Joker Lap utilizing another of Crandon’s layouts will serve as the key differentiator.

Sunday’s demo will feature FC1 cars prepared by world-class race teams Olsbergs MSE and Dreyer & Reinbold Racing. Multi-time American rallycross champion Tanner Foust and international rallycross stars Kevin Eriksson, Oliver Eriksson, and Fraser McConnell joined by American off-road star Andrew Carlson just before he competes for a Red Bull Crandon World Cup. The race will also serve as the public debut of the FC1’s new sound system. Drivers will take the green flag at 4:45PM CT, with live coverage airing as part of this year’s Crandon broadcast on the RACER Network.

From there, RallyX Americas will bring its full event program to Crandon in June 2026 as part of Forest County Potawatomi Brush Run weekend. This event will feature the full roster of RallyX classes competing on track. While the FC2 car and FC5 crosskart are not scheduled to compete this weekend, they will be on display at Crandon this weekend for fans to see the cars up close.
