As Finland and the Kymiring circuit prepare to host an all-new challenge for RallyX drivers during the next round of the championship on June 14–15, Martin Juga continues to build momentum in the CrossCar category.

Touted as one of the leading contenders to succeed Elias Svensson, the young Estonian driver has more than lived up to expectations since the 2025 season got underway. With six consecutive podium finishes to his name, Juga has made history—no other driver has ever managed such a streak since CrossCar was introduced to RallyX.

These high-caliber performances have only strengthened his reputation as a title favorite in this 2025 campaign. While he has yet to clinch a first victory this season, Juga seems entirely unfazed for now.

With five qualifying heat wins since Montalegre and a total of twelve fastest laps recorded in races, the PACE Motorsport driver couldn’t have hoped for a stronger start to his season.

“Of course, our goal is to win every weekend. I don’t race to settle for second or third place, but this last event in Riga still allowed us to deliver a strong performance,” Martin points out.

“I didn’t have any specific expectations going into the weekend. That was especially true since it was my first time driving this track in the TN11 chassis. I had absolutely no idea how things would go on a surface with no loose gravel. A lot of people assume that, because I’m Estonian, Latvia feels like home turf—but in reality, this is probably the track I’ve driven the least over the past few years. It had actually been three years since I last raced in Riga.”

Mature beyond his years, the PACE Motorsport driver knows he’s on the right path as the Finnish round at Kymiring approaches.

“In the long run, it’s a very strong result. We always have to keep championship points in mind. Sure, finishing first is a bonus—a real cherry on top. I felt we had the pace to do it in Latvia, but there was no need to take unnecessary risks. The most important thing was to secure points and finish the weekend cleanly. And that’s exactly what we did.”

“Overall, everything went smoothly. The setup felt great right from the first free practice sessions, which allowed us to get into a rhythm quickly. We did run into a minor issue—just after the joker lap, I damaged the oil pan during the first day of practice. It wasn’t a real mechanical failure, more of a technical incident. But it taught us a lesson, and we made smart adjustments for the following heats.”

A meticulous driver, Martin Juga now looks ahead to the upcoming rounds with confidence, fully aware that his TN11 chassis is performing at peak level.

“This year, the chassis has been truly impressive. The feel I get behind the wheel is exceptional. I really feel like this machine was built specifically to match my driving style. The PACE Motorsport and Lifelive teams have done an outstanding job with the TN11. I’ve got a package that’s fast, reliable, and efficient across all types of circuits. Naturally, that gives me confidence for what’s ahead.”
