Pasi Penttinen joins PACE Motorsport

After being forced to end his 2023 season following a spectacular crash on his home turf of Kouvola during stages 5 and 6 of the RallyX championship, Pasi Penttinen will move from his Speedcar Wonder chassis to join Pace Motorsport at the wheel of LifeLive’s new TN11 machine.

With one win and a total of three podiums since his RallyX debut in 2021, Finland’s Pasi Penttinen is looking to step up a gear in 2024 by joining forces with Pace Motorsport.

Finishing sixth in the championship in 2022 before finishing 12th in 2023 with just six races under his belt, Pasi Penttinen has established himself as one of RallyX’s established names.

However, after three seasons behind the wheel of the Spanish Speedcar chassis, the Finn has opted for the Belgian chassis developed by the Neuville brothers.

“I am looking forward to a new car and a new team, which I already know well from the years of racing together. The TN11 test in Mettet Belgium with Pace and LifeLive went very well and the car felt good from the first lap,” says Pasi Penttinen.

For Pace Motorsport and Jarmo Võsa, the Estonian team boss will command a real army in 2024. After confirming Jimmie Osterberg, Martin Juga and Romet Tsirna in the Senior CrossCar category, the addition of Pasi Penttinen is a welcome development for the Pace Motorsport boss.

“After a successful test in Mettet, Belgium, we are pleased to announce a great addition to the team. Finnish driver Pasi Penttinen will join Pace to challenge for RallyX Crosscar trophies in 2024. As a driver in Nitro RX, RallyX, Finnish Championship and Estonian Championship, Pasi will bring a huge amount of experience and personality to the team. We are more than happy to have such an international team to compete in the amazing RallyX Championship with the best cross cars in the world”
